1. Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
3. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days, you may request a return.
In this case, HAVOSPARKA will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label or arrange a return pickup, depending on your location and logistics availability in the United States, United Kingdom, or Europe.
To be eligible for this guarantee:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be in good condition
- The product must not show signs of excessive use, damage, or modification
This policy is designed to ensure a risk-free shopping experience.
4. Standard Returns (8–30 Days)
For return requests made after 7 days but within 30 days of delivery, customers may still request a return.
In this case:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected
5. Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a return or refund, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

10. Return Shipping & Pickup
For eligible returns:
- Within 7 days: HAVOSPARKA covers return shipping and may provide a prepaid label or arrange pickup
- After 7 days: customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Return method (pickup or drop-off) depends on location and courier availability in your region.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
