HAVOSPARKA offers worldwide shipping with fulfillment centers located in the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany. Our multi-warehouse system allows us to deliver orders faster and more efficiently to customers across Europe, the United States, and other international regions.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During peak seasons or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
3. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:
United States: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Europe (EU countries): 5–12 business days
Other international regions: 7–15 business days

8. Delivery Issues

9. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
10. Returns & Return Shipping Support
We offer a 30-day return policy and a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
Within 7 days of delivery:
If you are not satisfied with your order, HAVOSPARKA will cover the return shipping cost. We may provide a prepaid return label or arrange a return pickup depending on your location and logistics availability in the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe.
After 7 days (within 30 days):
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return methods such as pickup or drop-off may vary depending on courier availability and region.
11. Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned according to our return policy.
